Big shout out to everyone here.  Thank you very much. It is greatly appreciated.  Been dealing with this for a long time.

Changed my ostomy this morning, skin is healing up nice.  So looks like cutting my wafer bigger fixed the problem. 😃😃

I have a urostomy and use barrier rings and extenders. I never leave a 1/8 inch when I cut my wafer. After applying the setup on me, I put pressure on the bag and flange for about 30 seconds and than use a blow dryer on low for 30 seconds around the flange. The heat from the blow dryer makes the adhesive stick better.
