Has anyone had a retrovaginal fistula due to radiation damage after they had an ostomy because repairs didn't work?

I had one of those, not caused by radiation damage, just caused by Crohn's. It was horrible! They did one procedure but said that they had missed one of the recto-vaginal fistulas—oof. When I got my full ileo, it got rid of the problem.
