Try rinsing the skin around your stoma using cool water with about 1 tsp. of baking soda in it.  You might find that this will help with the itching.  Also be sure to use a skin barrier prior to putting on the new flange.  This will help protect your skin.  I have found that the baking soda usually does the trick.  Hey give it a try, what do you have to loose???  Good Luck

There is a prescription medication in the US called Zonalon (doxepin hydrochloride). This works wonders on itchy skin especially around the barrier.  Good luck.
