Hi, has anyone experienced small white bumps on the bottom edge of their stoma? If so, what did you use to heal them?

Everything I eat, even protein drinks, comes out very quickly into my bag, like it's not being digested for the past 2 or 3 days. I take 4 mg loperamide three times a day. Maybe it's no longer working, and I need another medication like Lomotil or codeine or something else. I noticed some sores on my stoma this morning. Not sure what to do. The surgeon is in KC. I can't drive that far (a little over 100 miles). Last time I went to the ER here, in bad pain, shortly after getting the stoma, the doctor there sent me home and said, "Take your pain meds." Turns out, I had an infection in my bowel stump. So I woke up this morning in a poo puddle. I have never felt anything like this, lots of gurgling, gas, and super foul liquid output. Has anyone had this happen? Is it maybe something I ate that caused this? It's been all day and night. I can't think of anything unusual I ate. I've had my colostomy since late July.

The last 2 times I've removed my wafer, I didn't think I'd get it off! The adhesive remover isn't working. What is a favorite adhesive remover of yours? I am currently using the Convatec Natura wafer and used the Cardinal Health prep and remover. TIA!

So I had a scare tonight… I had some Tillamook cheddar cheese this afternoon, the little prepackaged one, and tonight I thought I had blood in my bag from the dye! I have developed a hernia from coughing through COVID. I'm having reversal surgery in a few months and am nervous about post-op recovery. Anyone have advice?

Almost 5 months since my ileostomy reversal. I have an urostomy since less than 3 months...so still getting the hang on all flange&bag maintenance.

Thing is: I have a horribly sensitive skin, which is not helping me lots in this new situation.

I use a 2 piece system cause I need convex plus to stress skin less, and am fully aware I am supposed to change flange every roughly 3 days (and anytime it has any leaks), but.... he ...

I'm 5 weeks post-surgery, and I still feel tired most of the time. I did see a gastro doctor yesterday, and she is running blood tests to see what levels are low.
My question is for those further along than me in this journey. Do you remember how long it took after your surgery to feel like yourself again?
