Does anyone wear undershirts and still wear an ostomy belt? How do you tuck everything in so your ostomy doesn't show? Are there undershirts out there that you can pull the ostomy through, like some of the ostomy belts?

I just cut a hole in my base layer shirt so I could tuck it in. Honestly, you could just tuck your shirt in and untuck it to empty your bag.

All my shirts button up from the front so it is relatively easy to put the shirt each side of the stoma (bag/sleeve) and button to the top and button underneath.
I have tried cutting my vests & tee shirts to do the same thing, but it was not so successful aas the underneath button was needed to keep the thing in place.

Best wishes

I wear bib overalls all the time now. I used to wear suspenders, but after so many surgeries, my belly is herniated. I went around with my shirt tucked and untucked, and I couldn't tell you how many times people thought I had a gun tucked into my pants! Lol
