I have just started to experiment with them and they seem to help stool conssistancy really well . a big thankyou to whoever. wrote about them. I had mycolostomy 1 year ago and thought it would be relstively easy to get used to.  until I had aleft side stroke. but things do seem to be getting better,My surgery too was the result of radiation treatment for colorectal cancer .

It's the gelatin content in marshmallows, thats doing the job, it thickens the stool.

Myself I prefer Jelly Babies, still does the same job,
