It's a tad snug, but I didn't worry about falling poop or anything while out today. It does hold my stoma (and surrounding hernia) in tighter to make me look better. Just afraid it'll be so snug my poop won't come out my stoma when it needs to.
Probably won't sleep in it, but will wear it when doing light chores around the house or out in public.

All my belts leave the stoma open. I do have one belt with a prolapse strap that gently compresses the stoma. I use it for formal occasions.
