Living with Urostomy and Colostomy Since Childhood

hi all i am 49 50 in nov 09 i have both 1for water 1for poo as use would say urostomy & colotsomy. i was operated at 3yrs old so i have had both all my life and i do not have any problems what so ever with blockages stools etc etc and i just looked at this forum to see so many people with so many problems .was my surgeon so good mr bentley .i remember when i started school there was no appliances for me and i wore cotton wool so if anybody needs any advice let me know

How incredible! It's one thing to consider an ostomy as a "inconvieniece" as i always have. You my friend have taken that term to a whole new level! God Bless!

Well Archnang that is an incredible story when you consider what we have to chose from today. I shall keep that in mind next time I start bitching about something mundane, thanks for sharing.
