Hi sorry I may ask u some more details, since I'm italian and, even if I'm an english and spanish teacher, about medical topics, it's not so easy to understand them.

Anyway if I have well understand, you had a surgery to free your body from an ileostomy, right?

So I suppose u have now an ileo-rectum or sth like that; I had a similar surgery, because of Crohn's desease, 4 years ago, after 2 years with an ileostomy.

I suffered from diarrhoea for a while, but without cramps fortunately, and they didn't tell me anything about the risk of a leakage, anyway I think it depends on the type of joint, be careful with food, I mean don't eat too much and above all avoid roughage and dont' worry you'll be fine very soon.

I hope to be helpful with my little suggestions and take care

Bye
