Hi there, I breed and show Highland ponies, and do a great deal of riding, I have recently had a large peristomal hernia repaired from around my old ileostomy and a new ileostomy formed on the other side. That was 6 weeks ago, and I began mucking out and riding last week, I also have a supra-pubic catheter and  I do everything from hunting to dressage, and showing my ponies all over the country. I also have two dogs and 3 grandchildren, so basically never sit down

I played rugby from the age of 30 until I was 47 & in the front row, also hill walking, cycling, sledging, squash.

Nothing you can't do.

It's only the changing room that's difficult.
