I have only had my colostomy since August and have something every day. The last 24 hours I have had nothing. Could I have a blockage and how would I know? Thank you.

Does anyone have advice on what type of products I should use?
I have a stoma inside what I am calling a crater. It does not sit above my skin.
I have constant leaks and I am looking for some advice. It might be something as simple as using the wrong products.

Has anyone been in a tanning bed with the pouch? Is that even a possibility?

Back to this again. So when you go through the bag search section at the airport, if you stand in the scanner with your arms up or are being patted down, do you just explain it's your stoma?
Also, anyone with a PICC line. Same thing. Do you get in first and mention these things? Or do you carry a medical card to produce?

My question is concerning about smell. Sometimes I can smell what is like poop smell. And I feel as though everyone else can smell it also and if they do they are polite and don’t say anything. Is there something that I can use other than the deodorant that I have? Thank you for your response.

I am using a barrier spray underneath but still getting irritated. It helps my barrier stay put longer. I read reviews on other brands, but they say they don't stick as well. Any suggestions?

I am having hip surgery on my left hip. How do you manage changing your pouch, etc., with an ileostomy?

I'm about 6.5 weeks post-op for a temporary ileostomy. Let's just say I'm raring to go, but I'm super nervous. I'm worried about the muscles in my abdomen contracting with an orgasm. Will it hurt? Since getting an ileostomy, I have found that there are a lot of things that are different. My wife and I used to horseplay a lot before getting this, so one night we were horseplaying and she lifted me off the ground from behind (right around the ileostomy). The urostomy stoma is close to the incision site.
There is still seepage from the incision site, and the seepage of body fluid causes the glue on every pouch tried to fail.
Is there an offset pouch that would move the pouch further away from the incision?
Is there a glue or a pouch with glue that will withstand the attack of the body fluids?
The ostomy nurse has tried every brand, but all fail.
