Hi
just had a colostomy and proctectomy because of cancer. The rectal wound isn't healing and keeps leaking. There has been bits of blood but each nurse thinks it's different things and it's starting to get to me.
anyine have any experience of this please?

I just went thru it earlier this year. Did you do radiation? I presume your butt is completely sewn shut? Has it leaked right from surgery or started after surgery? Dissolving stitches or ones that have to be removed?
