Hey guys and gals, how is this great Friday afternoon? Now that I know how to enter a blog, here I am again, LOL. I'm a 47-year-young lady who has had a colostomy for the past 4 years, learning to live with it, for my doctors say it's not reversible. I know it sucks, but hey, always think it could always be worse. Really, there are things out there that can make living a big problem, so people, it's all good. Just think positive. You have to, don't let it get you. You have to be the strong one. Just make sure it doesn't beat you. You have to be in control of it, or you will not own it. You have to be the one in control, not the other way around. Don't let this get you down. We can still live a long, full life with the help and support of others. I want to let everyone know that if there's anything at all I may be able to help you with, please feel free to ask me. I want to be here for all who need it, even for a little chat. I have a great sense of humor, and I find laughter is a great help also. Please don't let it get you down, and please don't let it win.

I know there are good days and bad, but try and make more good days than bad ones. I am here if you need any support. Please feel free.

Love to all,

Maria
