I was reading some of the ideas to prevent pancaking.
Where do you place the rolled-up piece of toilet paper or cotton ball?
I use vented drainage pouches.

Hi Grace,
When you say pancaking, do you mean when the ostomy bag flattens while connected to a night or leg bag? If so, I'll be interested to see the answer/recommendations as well. My urostomy bag does that all the time, and though I still seem to be draining plenty, I don't know if it is truly causing an issue with urine backup into my kidneys.
