Worried About My Toddler's Bloody Ileostomy Output

My two-year-old has an ileostomy. Yesterday, she had 150ml of bloody output. We have since been admitted to the hospital. They've stopped her feeds, are giving Dioralyte, and have taken bloods but have done nothing else. She's now flushed, sweaty, and sleepy, and has a high watery output. I can't help but think they're missing something. Has anyone got any ideas what I can be asking for them to check, please?

What color is the stoma? Have they ruled out infection or having an abscess? And have they done a CT?

Stoma is all healthy looking. They've literally done nothing bar stopping feeds and one blood test. They don't even have IV access, so her blood sugars keep getting really low. They are just focused on her output and don't seem the slightest bit interested in finding out why she was bleeding.

Since the baby was admitted to the hospital, they should at least do a CT scan or MRI to ensure there is nothing going on.

They should have an IV in for fluids so she doesn't get dehydrated, and they should have done a CT scan. Normally, it's the first thing they do. Tell them they need to do a CT and that you want a CT done. And keep telling them to do it until they do. And if she isn't eating or drinking anything, they can't watch for any output if she isn't getting anything in her body. Ask them why they haven't given her an IV line because she will get dehydrated. Stand up and advocate; unfortunately, you have to tell them what needs to be done since they aren't doing it.

They put her back on feeds last night, and her output was high where they'd stopped her meds that keep it down. So they tried saying it's a bug, but all bloods and swabs are negative for any type of bug. I pointed out her output gets high when she misses a dose of her meds, and it's come back down to normal range. But they are refusing to do anything else where she's stopped bleeding. They're saying it's either a bug that magically doesn't show up, or it could just be one of those things. She's a bit on the pale side and eyes a smidge sunken, but other than that, she's her usual self. I've argued with three separate surgeons; they won't do anything. The stoma nurse will be in tomorrow morning, so I'm hoping they help me convince them they're idiots.

I've spent three days arguing with them now and they're just ridiculous. They just keep giving me non-answers and focusing on the high output they cause rather than the bleeding. They're driving me insane.
