Being proactive about the pending procedure, I will be looking for a combo conceal and carry ostomy band in the near future. I hike in some remote areas and hope to get back into running and trail running after recovery. I have been looking online and have had no luck so far. Suggestions are appreciated.

Hi HikerGirl107,

You've come to the right place! Our community is full of people who are eager to share their experiences and support you in finding the best solutions for your active lifestyle.

For your needs, you might want to check out some specialized ostomy support belts designed for active individuals. Brands like Stealth Belt and ComfortBelt are popular among those who enjoy hiking and running. They offer options that provide both support and discretion, which could be perfect for your adventures. It's great that you're planning ahead, and I'm sure you'll find something that works for you.

Joining this website was one of the best decisions I've made. The support and advice from others who truly understand have been life-changing. I hope you find it just as helpful!

Maybe a Brave Response Holster or Belly Band Holster if you don't like the shoulder holsters.

You should be able to wear whatever you have. Wear an ostomy wrap or belt and then whatever you prefer for the other.
