Hello fellow ostomates!

Since my reversal, I am waking up 2 to 3 times per night to use the restroom. This timing could have started during the colostomy days, but it rarely woke me. I didn't have this timing issue beforehand.

Does anyone else experience this? More importantly, does anyone have a method to work toward waking restroom times?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It does take a while for your body to adjust.

Give it time. Hopefully, you'll slowly return to a normal bathroom routine.

I checked another one of your posts and your reversal wasn't that long ago. Give it time; things will settle down. Wishing you well and take care.

Thanks, y'all. This has made it difficult to sleep. I guess that is making me less than patient.
