I have had a hard time getting my supplies… they are 3 weeks overdue. I've ordered from Amazon and finally got my pouches but need a company that I can trust. Help! What companies are reliable? Thanks!

I've used Byram for two and a half years, and I've never had a problem.
MeetAnOstoMate.org is the only place where people truly understand you. It's because everyone here has an ostomy.
Many come here for advice or to give advice, others have found good friends, and some have even built long-lasting relationships.
Privacy is very important - there are many features only visible to members.

There's quite a lot of distribution companies. Best is to call them and find out which your insurance takes. Bryham, Comfort Medical are the two best ones I have found. Edge Park and Prism are horrible.

I have gotten my supplies from Bryam since last May and am pretty satisfied. They did screw up my order once, but quickly rectified it.

I use Byram too. They do get supplies to you, but sometimes they are a pain in the ass. They only carry wipes for adhesive remover and for skin protective products. I like sprays for adhesive remover and wands for skin protective products. I am about to order some wands off Amazon; I hope I don't have a problem.
