Foamy Excreta and Sharp Abdominal Pains - Normal?

had a fair amount of gas tonight, changed my bag after a movement and noticed a large amount of foamy excreta. been getting some sharp pains around my abdomen too.

has anyone else had this? is this normal and should i be worried?
