The urostomy stoma is close to the incision site.
There is still seepage from the incision site, and the seepage of body fluid causes the glue on every pouch tried to fail.
Is there an offset pouch that would move the pouch further away from the incision?
Is there a glue or a pouch with glue that will withstand the attack of the body fluids?
The ostomy nurse has tried every brand, but all fail.

I have a loop ileostomy because my large bowel doesn't work the way it should. It's reversible with the option of being permanent.
I have read that with both halves sticking out of you, it is possible for stool to make its way occasionally into the large bowel.

After I complete prep, should I just change the bag and wipe around the stoma and put on a new bag? I don't want to take off the flange if they will put on another flange. Way too irritating to the skin, right?

It seems like every time I have output, it sticks up around the top of the bag and I have to push it through the bag. Any advice?

I've had my stoma since 2017 and it's been great. However, the one issue I still encounter is I'm quite hairy. This means I'm having to shave around the stoma every 4-5 days, and this can often lead to the hair follicles becoming inflamed/infected.
How do other people deal with this issue? Has anyone gone for hair removal treatments?
