Allergic to Hollister, tried Convetec, like Coloplast.

The problem is I need a convex for a belly fold and a near flush stoma; it seems only Hollister has a real flexible wafer and bubble (just released).

I use maximum no-sting paste because the belt was causing granuloma issues and lots of barrier strips; thus, I need maximum adhesion.

So, I could use a very adhesive ring to marry to the flexible wafer bubble and to avoid an allergic reaction from the Hollister adhesive is to first put down barrier strips, which I'm not allergic to.

All the rings I've tried so far were weak and ineffective.

Coloplast one piece with a half of a barrier ring to even out a bulge - then supported by barrier strips and a belt. I change the pouch every six days. No leaks.

ConvaTec ActiveLife one-piece drainable has been my go-to for 30 years. ConvaTec is the Cadillac of ostomy supplies!

Hee hee. You must really like Caddies. I'd compare Convetac to... the Titanic. Just didn't float for me. 😁
