Hi Feliciar.  Don't know why you couldn't join a group.  I walk a lot for exercise and burning calories.  That might be a good start for you.  A nutritionist might be very helpful also.  Let us know after you lose the first few pounds.

Respectfully,

Mike

Hello Mike. I walks a lot also. It's hard seeing the weight loss. To me I'm not losing just steady gaining more. Is it anything I can take or will detoxing be a good idea? I'm a stay at home Mother so I always have time to exercise but I see no progress HELP

hi there and welcome..  well my own two cents worth  would be since you're a stay at home mom, you may have time to exercise, walk, etc eat right.. i think the worse thing to do is eat and then sit...  also watch what you eat..

getting older also ads more pressurel.. as we age we slack off.. and need to fight that..  walking.. biking...eating smaller foods... I would see a nutrionalist like Mike said.. there are foods that can clean you out.. stay as active as you can... maybe set a weight goal.. enlist family to help..  sometimes the answers are under your nose.
