Hi there. I had my surgery six weeks ago and had my prostate and bladder removed. I am a healthy, active 49-year-old who misses wearing normal clothing. So far, my clothing has been sweatpants and sweatshirts. I will be going to Florida in two months, and I would like to know what kind of shorts I can wear out there. I have both bags, and I am wondering how I can cover them in the hotter weather. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much for your time.

If you've had a colostomy or ileostomy, you may experience some common food-related issues.
The good news is that you can avoid them with some small changes in your diet.
