feeking good today as last night trip out was a great success on all angles.had a good drink and meal early on and coped with toilet visits well. thats it for me i think ive cracked it. off to work shortly on a late shift si will be interesting to see what hapens, i do find if your up and about in the evenings you get a much slower reaction from the stoma, oh yea i nearly forgot, sunderland got the three points needed to stay in the top division
