Filter fix with plastic wrap. For me, I found that if I change at night, I can now get a full night's sleep without ballooning. https://youtu.be/NgW3BLWuA2g

You just cover the top part about 2/3 so any discharge cannot directly contact the filter, but any gas can still go out of the filter. It is not 100%, but for me, I find it helps.
