I have had a colostomy for about 7 months. Now they're telling me I'm going to have to have surgery and end up with a urostomy as well. Is there anybody out there that has both of these? I'm sure there are. Is the urostomy easier to deal with or harder than the colostomy? I'm really worried about having to deal with two bags. I've gotten a fairly bad hernia behind my colostomy.

There is a user here called Lamari that is a double bagger. She is a relatively new user, so hasn't posted a lot about her experience. She had her urostomy before her ileostomy. I am sure there are other double baggers here. Just not sure who. :-)

Hey Jetro. DB here now for almost 6 years. Urostomy is a breeze compared to the colostomy. It took me a while, like years, to accept all this. But for the last two years, I have done nothing but go and travel. Nothing stops me now. Feel free to DM.
