At Luxor, we decided to nosh at their excellent buffet. They had a nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. Also, a seafood table, taco bar, and... the dessert section. Where I lingered a bit trying to decide which delicacy would break my bank of calories. Chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream were a yummy deposit. Dressed up the ice cream with sprinkled-on sugar bits and a generous helping of chocolate syrup. Washed it all down with chocolate milk. Going down? Make sure you're going down happy. 😉
Luxor has Titanic and King Tut exhibits. We chose Titanic first.

This green bottle was a Perrier water container. Was recovered from the sea floor. I'm drinking Perrier as I write this.

A picture from the submersible that recovered the plates. The dishes were in a wooden cabinet that disintegrated over the decades, leaving them standing on the bottom.

From the middle of Titanic, a huge section was recovered. Took two expeditions to finally get it aboard ship. Then a long time removing corrosion and stabilizing it.
After Titanic, we entered the world of King Tut.
