I am experiencing a sharp pain behind my ileostomy incision. Ciuld this be scar tissue or an obstruction? Are they gonna have to go back in if it is an obstruction? I don't think I can do another surgery there

I had my first surgery on 12 June 2017. It was emergency surgery an I lost all of my lower bowel after it died in less than 24 hours.  After the surgery, I never felt well. I always had cramps pain and hardly any output. Everything I ate caused severe pain and cramping.  I was in and out of the ER.  Finally,  after one of the last ER visits and two more CAT scans, the ER doctor called in the Gastric doctor who admitted me.  This was 7 months after the first surgery.  On February 17th, 2018 I was admitted for another emergency surgery.  After it was over, the doctor said my first ileostomy had strictured severely to almost pinhole size. Nothing was getting through and all my intestines behind it were ready to burst.  He said it was the worst stricture he had ever seen in his career.  He had to build me a new stoma after cutting off the old one.  Healing has been harder this go around but everything is working great now.  I guess what I am trying to tell you is things sometimes go wrong and it is better to go through a second surgery instead of waiting.  I almost died twice but I am here and that is what is important.  I can't tell you how much better I feel now since receiving "New Maxine".  Had I not insisted in going to the hospital that last time, I could have passed away.  I would much rather they tell me I was just having harmless cramps instead of something more serious.  Please let us know how you are doing and what the doctor tells you.
