Pinky, I came upon my schedule through trial and error.... It works well for me. Yes, 1.5 liters of water is what I use, that's the original amount I started with, based on the video I posted several times on here.

Glad to hear you're okay, mate. I went away for the weekend to England. When I got to the hotel, I found I had left my sleeves at home. The most difficult irrigation yet. Kneeling in front of the toilet pan for an hour did my knees no good at all. I will make a checklist from now on.
