Why Does My Father Experience Lower Butt Pain Despite Having a Colostomy Bag?

why my father gets pain in his lower butt when he is standing so long although he is already have colostomy bag and the anal mass was closed.

Hi Herbert itsprobably scar tissue thats still healing depending on how long since his surgery, i,ve had my sewn up butt ache like a toothache after doing chores around the house especially if shoveling is involved, the main thing is that there isnt any swelling or painful to the touch of it in which case i would talk to a doctor.
