I have a colonostomy and just finished chemo a week ago due to uterine cancer.  I had major debulking surgery that removed my descending colon and 15 cm of small intestine in mid March for 30 days. I eat 3 meals but get full easily. On a tpn since mid April but weaning off next week. Is it normal to feel gassy and full easily. I feel strong but worry about eating enough. I know this is a unique situation but can anyone relate.

You and your body been through a lot. Maybe several smaller meals would feel better? Spread out the nutrition so that you don't feel so full?
