My normal circumference when I first had surgery was 38 mm. Over the last few months, it has grown to 44+ and my 2pc feels tight. Is this normal? The size stays pretty consistent. I feel it is too large. Has anyone else experienced this, or should I consult my surgeon? TIA

If you're trimming your appliance for the size of your stoma, you shouldn't have an issue. Mine has done basically the same as yours.

Like your comment. Very easy solution for a problem that could cause panic in some ileostomates.
