Hello Ostomy friends,
If you read my profile, I have two ostomies. Yup, lucky me. Had cervical cancer, now going through chemo. So yeah, in one, I got two bags on my stomach and lost my long hair. I am dealing with it, but it gets to me sometimes. If you have never been on chemo, oh my, you can be so lucky. You can smell it, taste it, and breathe it; it really makes me so sick. I am usually sick for about four days, then in seven days, I start all over again. I have been on chemo now for almost a year. I get a PET scan on Tuesday with results on Wednesday to see if all is going well. Just wanted to share my story and hope everyone is praying that all goes well this week. I am scared and tired all at the same time. Not to mention, I get diarrhea (the poopies...lol) when I get chemo, so I am working on ostomy overtime. Ok, wanted to spat off to make me feel better. Thanks for reading. HUGS... and GOD bless all...pegmarston
