I have read many of your blogs with interest, but never written one, so I am a bit nervous but here goes. Its good to read of other peoples experiences, but so far haven't

read anything that I can relate to. I went from completely healthy to being diagnosed with bladder cancer, & required removal of the bladder & a lot of other bits. A new

bladder was formed from colon and I have a stoma which I catherterise every 3 to 4 hours day & night. I am really over the worst of it & i know I am lucky but I would

like to talk to others who have had the same operation. Its unusual for women to have this done in the Uk ( mine was done in the USA ) & I would like to hear from others.
