I just accidentally happened upon this design, offered on t-shirts. I've never seen it before. Does anyone know the back story on this design?

I know there are specific colors for osties..like in a flag.. not sure what the color is..

This is a heart surrounded by hands.. am I reading too deeply here? The heck is the reference to us? My bag don't look like no freaking heart.. certainly don't want them hands on me..at any location..
