I'm currently waiting 4 jpouch removal to create an total ileostomy or loop ileostomy any advice

Dal, we've all been there; and, from my experience, I know you'll feel better with the pouch out. It's not a cakewalk, but you should be home in a week and pretty much back to normal in a month. My advice is to get up out of the hospital bed and move about as soon as possible. The more you move and walk around, the faster you will heal. Good luck, and let us know how you make out.   PB
