I have incomplete bowel motions. My anus is sewn up and I have a Barbie bum. It happens regularly where I have this terrible bowel motion; it causes pain, and all that comes out of my bum is clear gel. What can I do?

Is it normal for people to question your choice to get an ileostomy? I’ve gotten mixed reactions from friends and family. My husband was not on board at first until I started educating him (as far as my education goes), now he wants me to get it. He doesn’t want to see me suffering any longer.

Guys, so it's been 2 months since my ileostomy. My doctor already gave me a date for my reversal, which is going to be Friday. I'm scared because I don't know if my body will have a reaction or something. Does anyone know if it hurts or what to expect from my reversal?

My ostomy supplier doesn't carry spray adhesive remover. I have been trying to buy it on my own out of pocket. I have found it on Amazon, but I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that I could get it cheaper. Does anyone have a good cheap ostomy shop?
